Event and Short-Courses cancellation by the Organisation
Sponsors and Exhibitors will receive a full refund of the payments made. Bank charges will be supported by the Organisation.
Event and Short-Courses cancellation due to force majeure
Sponsors and Exhibitors will receive a refund corresponding to their payments less bank charges.
Postponements
If the event and Short-Courses are postponed, payments will remain valid.
Cancellations from the SPONSORS and EXHIBITORS
For sponsorship withdrawals, up to 180 days before the event initial date, a refund of 50% applies. For withdrawals less than 180 days before the initial date of the conference, no refund is due.
Refunds will be incurred from the administrative expenses and the bank charges.
