Technical exhibition: 2,000 € (VAT is included)
The cost of the technical exhibition includes:
One stand 3 m x 2 m with:
- white partition walls within grey aluminium profiles;
- flooring covered with grey carpet;
- 30‑cm‑high fascia board with the exhibitor’s name (black lettering);
- one 220‑V, 60‑Hz power outlet (two‑pin plug);
- five 100‑W spotlights.
Company logo on conference website with hyperlink to exhibitor homepage.
A table, chairs, and a lockable case can be provided at an additional cost.

The exhibition area is located in the Congress Center Hall, the main meeting point of the Conference, outside the congress rooms, near the reception desk and adjacent to the coffee-break area. The layout of the stands, numbered from 1 to 12, is shown in the building blueprint on the next page.
Application and registration
The final allocation of stands is made taking into consideration the date of payment.
A receipt and a confirmation letter are sent to the Exhibitor upon receipt of payment.
Safety
General safety services in the exhibition areas are available during the Conference. Small equipment (such as portable PCs) is recommended to be locked inside the stand whenever the Exhibitor is absent.
The Exhibitor is responsible for his own licenses and insurance. Furthermore, the Exhibitor is responsible for any damage caused by his staff to the building.
Cleaning services
Cleaning services are provided during the Conference.
Setting-up and dismantling
Setting-up: Stands will be delivered to Exhibitors on Saturday, 26 June, at 10.00 a.m.
Dismantling: All Exhibition material must be removed from stands on Wednesday, 1 July.
Collaborators
A maximum of two collaborators is permitted per stand. They have access to coffee and lunches but not to the conference rooms.
